Solid CBN insert is produced by CBN powder and bonding material under high temperature and high pressure, with no carbide substrate. It is mainly for machining the material of cast irons, hardened steels, powder metals and so on.

Solid PCBN/CBN ( Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride) is made from HBN sintered under the process of supper high temperature and supper high press, the hardness approach the PCD cutting tools. These are chemistry and hot stability and high wear resistant than others cutting tools.
